Ripping Instructions

1) From the “Ripping" section on our website click on the link entitled “Media Player 10".

2) Download Windows Media Player 10.

3) Open Windows Media Player 10 and click on the “Rip” tab.

4) Insert an audio CD into your computer's CD drive and wait for CD information to pop up.

5) Once Windows Media Player 10 has recognized that there is a CD in the drive, select the songs you wish to rip (to select all songs, click the top check marked box).

6) Once you have selected all the songs you wish to rip, click the button in the top right hand corner that says “Rip Music”.

7) When Windows Media Player 10 has finished ripping your CD, the tracks can be found on your hard drive in WMA (MP3) format.

8) Once stored on your hard drive, simply drag these audio files onto your FUEL. Anytime you wish to remove songs from your FUEL, simply delete the files from your player (not form your hard drive). Remember, the music files have been stored on your hard drive so you can easily put the songs back on your player when you wish to do so. You only need to rip a CD one time. After a CD has been ripped, songs can be added and removed from your player with ease.
